Traditional Kimchi

Our traditional kimchi recipe comes from my family in South Korea. You will be able to taste the perfectly fermented, just right spiciness, and tangy flavor that I grew up with in Korea, enjoying with almost every meal.

Plant-Based(Vegan) Kimchi

Our vegan kimchi is fermented naturally without adding salted shrimp and fish sauce. Additionally, we do not use soy sauce like other vegan kimchi products. Enjoy our vegan kimchi while not missing out on that unique and incredible taste. 

Blueberry Kimchi

Baek Kimchi

Baek(백) means “white” in Korean.  This also translates to “non-spicy” in Korea, seeing as how this recipe does not include pepper powder. This is another type of Korean traditional kimchi that many people are not aware of. Perfect type of kimchi for all ages and spice tolerances.

Shiitake Umami Kimchi

 So many of you have been curious about trying our Baek Kimchi—but until now, we didn’t have a version that was both vegan and allergen-free. After lots of research and recipe testing, I’m thrilled to introduce our newest creation: Shiitake Umami Kimchi (Vegan Baek Kimchi)

Bonus: Shiitake mushrooms are naturally rich in Vitamin D—and let’s be honest, most of us could use more of that sunshine vitamin!
