How to Order

While we do not accept orders directly through our website, we are happy to take your order via email! Please review our step-by-step ordering process and important shipping guidelines below.

Ordering Steps:

  1. Submit Your Order: Email kfood@kimchibeyondcompare.com with the items you would like to purchase and your complete mailing address.

  2. Receive a Quote: We will reply to your email with the total shipping fee and an estimated delivery date.

  3. Approve & Pay: Once you confirm your approval, we will email you a secure payment link.

  4. Shipping: As soon as your payment is received, your package will be scheduled to ship out the following Monday.

Important Order & Shipping Policies:

  • Minimum Order: There is a strict minimum requirement of 3 jars per order.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees generally range from $10 to $20 depending on your destination.

  • Transit Time: Deliveries typically take between 2 to 4 business days once shipped.

  • Seasonal Availability: To ensure product quality, we only ship during cooler months (typically mid-fall through early spring/late winter), depending on local weather conditions.

Packaging & Handling Warning:

Your kimchi will be securely packaged using shrink wrap and bubble wrap. To protect the live cultures from extreme heat, we only ship during cool-weather seasons. Please note that we do not ship with ice, which means your jar may arrive warm or at room temperature. This does not mean the quality has been compromised!

However, transit warmth can make the active ferments extra bubbly, creating a natural risk of minor leakage or pressure buildup during transit. As soon as your package arrives, we highly recommend placing the jar in the sink, carefully loosening the lid to "burp" and release any built-up gas, and immediately storing it in the refrigerator to chill before consuming.
